Star Wars vs Radar Men From The Moon
If you look at some of the things that inspired Star Wars, one of them was the the serials that were broadcast on 1950’s television. This image is a still of “Radar Men From The Moon”. In my book I quote a little boy who wrote us a letter where he said, “In the Empire Strikes Back sketch book, there are some sketches of an Emperial Tank. In another book it said that there originally was going to be a battle with tanks on Hoth instead of Walkers. Originally they were going to use real tanks and then decorate them. Could you tell me a little bit more about that scene…?”
